Government forms, bill payments, and applications for assistance programs can be confusing and time-consuming, especially when you’re navigating them alone. Mobile Admin Assist comes to you, in your own home, to help sort through the paperwork so nothing falls through the cracks.
What's Included
- Setting up and managing bill payments
- Spotting AI-related scams, like fake tech support calls and cloned-voice “grandchild in trouble” calls
- Simple, judgment-free guidance on using AI assistants like Claude for everyday questions
- Setting up and repairing computers, printers and other devices, and Wi-Fi support, including Windows setup, backups, and restores
- Help with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Completing and submitting forms and applications
- Applying for government programs and benefits
- Organizing paperwork and keeping track of deadlines
- Smart phones and video communication
Your privacy matters: We never store your passwords or banking information.
What's Not Included
Mobile Admin Assist is strictly administrative support. We do not provide personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, or medical assistance of any kind.
Primarily serving clients 65 and older, though younger clients with disabilities are welcome too. Financial Hardship? Ask about our sliding scale.
